Karen List has been a licensed real estate professional since 1995 and has received Century 21’s highest award, the CENTURION Sales Award, yearly since 1997. In 2004, she in addition received the prestigious award of DOUBLE CENTURION. She has also received the company’s Quality Service Award, which is based entirely on client feedback. And, she won the Member of the Year award for NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owner’s) in 2005. She is also an active member of the Chamber of Commerce. But awards and commissions are not what motivate her.

 I really care about my clients and treat them like I would treat a family member. I look out for their best interests and don t consider them just a sale,  she says. This ethic accounts for why over 98 percent of her business comes from repeat clients and from clients who refer their friends, family, and coworkers to her.
